Welcome to BCK Organics. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 19 years of age to purchase from us (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel any order (even after confirmation) due to pricing errors, product availability, or other reasons. Prices are in CAD and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices, promotions, or sales at any time without notice.

Promotional codes, coupons, and sales offers are provided at our sole discretion and may have restrictions (e.g., one per customer/household, minimum purchase, or expiration dates). We reserve the right to reject, limit, or revoke any coupon or discount if we suspect abuse, misuse, multiple redemptions from the same IP/household, unauthorized sharing, or violation of terms. Abuse includes (but is not limited to) using automated tools, scripts, or multiple accounts to exploit offers. Violators may have orders canceled, accounts suspended, and future purchases restricted.

We ship only to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and safe delivery address (e.g., secure location, not left unattended if risky). We are not responsible or liable for packages lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced after delivery confirmation or once marked as delivered by the carrier. We do not offer refunds or replacements for stolen packages. If an incorrect address is provided (including typos, incomplete details, or changes not notified before shipping), any reshipment or redelivery will incur additional shipping fees charged to you. We recommend verifying your address carefully before completing your order.

We stand behind our organic botanical products with a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, contact us via email at bckorganics@gmail.com within 30 days to initiate a return or resolution. To process your request, please provide:

• A clear photo of the product/issue (showing the full item, packaging if relevant, and any defect).
• A detailed written explanation of the problem or reason for dissatisfaction. Once we receive this information, our team will review and offer positive solutions, which may include a full refund (original payment method), store credit, replacement, or other resolution at our discretion. Returns must be approved before shipping items back; unauthorized returns may not be accepted. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). Refunds exclude original shipping fees unless the entire order is faulty. This guarantee does not cover misuse, improper storage, or normal wear.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BCK Organics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site, products, or services (including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or theft of packages). Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by carriers, customs (for international orders), force majeure, or your failure to provide accurate information.

Our products are organic botanicals intended for tea, smudging, and aromatic use. Descriptions are for informational purposes only and not medical or therapeutic claims. Consult a professional before use if you have health concerns. We make no warranties beyond those expressly stated.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of British Columbia.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of changes. Check this page periodically.
